Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for the agricultural industry? PT Wahana Inti Selaras is looking for a dynamic Part Service Sales (PSS) to join our team in Lampung. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our parts and service division, playing a key role in maintaining operational excellence for our agricultural clients.
As a PSS, you will go beyond simple transactions; you will become a trusted advisor to our customers, ensuring they have the high-quality parts and technical support necessary to keep their agricultural machinery running at peak performance. We are seeking a results-oriented individual who excels at building long-term customer relationships and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance by actively promoting parts and service solutions to existing and prospective clients.
- Manage end-to-end customer inquiries regarding parts availability, technical specifications, and delivery timelines.
- Conduct regular visits to client sites to identify needs and provide professional, value-added guidance.
- Prepare and present accurate sales proposals, quotations, and service contracts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups and efficient conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with the internal supply chain and logistics team to ensure timely availability of parts.
- Submit comprehensive daily and monthly sales reports to management for performance tracking.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the agricultural machinery or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural parts and technical service processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or general office productivity tools (MS Office/Excel).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Lampung region.
- Ability to work independently while remaining aligned with company sales targets.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM A or C).
