Are you a high-energy sales professional with a passion for the agricultural and heavy equipment industry? PT WAHANA INTI SELARAS is seeking a dedicated Part Service Sales (PSS) to join our dynamic team in Banjarmasin. In this role, you will be the bridge between our high-quality agricultural spare parts and our valued clients, ensuring that their machinery remains productive and reliable.

You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence, managing customer relationships, and providing technical guidance to support the specific needs of our agricultural partners. We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to driving growth through excellent service.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve parts sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular site visits to maintain strong relationships with existing agricultural clients.
  • Provide technical consultation and product recommendations to assist customers in selecting the right spare parts.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, from initial inquiry and quotation to delivery and after-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely availability and delivery of critical parts.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Engineering, Agribusiness, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in spare parts sales or technical sales, preferably within the agricultural or heavy equipment sector.
  • Strong understanding of heavy machinery, agricultural equipment, and their components.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the Kalimantan region.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure.
