Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for the agricultural sector? PT Wahana Inti Selaras is looking for a dynamic Part Service Sales (PSS) to join our team in Medan. In this role, you will be the primary link between our high-quality agricultural spare parts and our valued customers. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients have the components they need to maximize operational efficiency, ultimately driving business growth through expert consultation and proactive relationship management.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly parts sales targets.
  • Manage end-to-end customer inquiries, providing accurate product information and technical guidance.
  • Conduct regular site or client visits to maintain strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless after-sales support and parts availability for urgent repairs.
  • Prepare and present professional sales quotations, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure parts availability for local agricultural operations.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive, heavy equipment, or agricultural machinery industry.
  • Strong understanding of agricultural equipment parts and technical components.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and achieve sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize urgent client needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support regional operations.
