- Conduct engaging abacus and mental arithmetic lessons for young students.
- Manage classroom dynamics to ensure a positive and focused learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents regularly.
- Prepare classroom materials and lesson aids for daily sessions.
- Encourage student participation and foster a love for mathematics.
- Maintain records of attendance and individual student performance.
- Collaborate with the school team to improve teaching methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Passionate about working with children and early childhood development.
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent educational qualification.
- Proficiency in Abacus and Mental Arithmetic is highly preferred (training provided for the right candidates).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of patience and ability to handle young children effectively.
- Commitment to the weekday schedule (3:00 PM to 6:30 PM).
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in classroom conduct.
