Join the dynamic team at Spartans Boxing Club – Quezon City as our Part-Time Content & Marketing Coordinator! We're looking for a creative and driven individual who is passionate about storytelling, social media, and helping a thriving boxing community grow its brand presence and membership base.
In this role, you will create compelling daily content, capture authentic community stories, and support paid marketing campaigns that drive awareness, generate quality leads, and boost memberships. This is a part-time, flexible arrangement ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work closely with the management team to execute marketing strategies and content plans.
Tanggung Jawab
- Create and publish engaging daily content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Capture and document authentic community stories, athlete journeys, and gym events through photos and videos
- Support the planning and execution of paid digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and memberships
- Develop content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules aligned with marketing goals
- Monitor social media performance metrics and provide weekly reports on engagement and growth
- Assist in creating promotional materials including posters, flyers, and digital ads
- Collaborate with trainers and members to gather stories and content素材 for campaigns
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing (internship or freelance experience counts)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Filipino is a plus
- Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or equivalent tools)
- Familiarity with Facebook Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and Google Ads is an advantage
- Understanding of content marketing, SEO basics, and social media analytics
- Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines in a part-time setup
- A genuine interest or background in fitness, sports, or boxing is highly preferred
- Currently enrolled in or a graduate of Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields
