Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging and effective English and Math tutoring sessions to small groups of students
- Develop and adapt lesson plans tailored to individual student learning needs and abilities
- Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents
- Create a positive and encouraging learning environment that motivates students
- Collaborate with fellow tutors to share teaching strategies and best practices
- Prepare teaching materials and resources aligned with Singapore curriculum standards
- Assist students with homework, exam preparation, and concept reinforcement
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Education, English, Mathematics, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience is advantageous but fresh graduates are welcome
- Strong proficiency in both English and Mathematics at primary or secondary level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students and parents
- Patient, empathetic, and passionate about education and student development
- Ability to explain complex concepts in clear, understandable ways
- Flexible availability, particularly during afternoons and weekends
