Tanggung Jawab
- Set up and break down event venues according to specifications
- Manage registration desks and welcome attendees with professionalism
- Provide information about company services and upcoming events
- Assist with event logistics including materials distribution and attendee guidance
- Ensure all event areas are maintained throughout the duration of the event
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event execution
- Report any issues or concerns to the event coordinator promptly
- Represent the company with a professional and friendly demeanor
Kualifikasi
- Punctual and reliable with strong time management skills
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and adapt to changing situations
- Friendly and proactive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Available to work on scheduled event days (both days if required)
- Previous event or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Professional appearance and appropriate attire for client-facing events
- Basic knowledge of property industry concepts is beneficial
