Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns from concept to execution
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance and reach
- Monitor daily campaign metrics, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights for optimization
- Manage campaign budgets effectively while maximizing return on investment (ROI)
- Create compelling ad copy and creative assets that resonate with target audiences
- Implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaign strategies with overall business objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices for digital advertising
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (1-2 years preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, tools, and analytics
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with campaign optimization techniques and A/B testing
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Business Manager is a plus
