Mancao Electronic Connect Business Solutions OPC is looking for a motivated Part‑Time Junior Architect to join our growing team in Cebu City. In this role you will support senior architects in developing innovative design solutions for residential, commercial, and institutional projects while gaining hands‑on experience in the full project lifecycle.
You will be responsible for creating detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using industry‑standard software, conducting site surveys, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and sustainability standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, sketches, and detailed designs using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Participate in site surveys and measurements to gather data for design development.
- Ensure designs adhere to local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with senior architects and interdisciplinary teams to resolve design conflicts and improve project outcomes.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including specifications, cost estimates, and schedules.
- Research materials, finishes, and construction methods to support sustainable and cost‑effective design solutions.
- Support the coordination of project milestones and communicate progress updates to stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in 2D/3D drafting tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of architectural design principles, building structures, and construction practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a part‑time schedule.
- Filipino and English language proficiency are required.
- Prior internship or portfolio of academic design projects is a plus.
