- Plan and deliver interactive, student-centered Mandarin lessons that cater to varying proficiency levels.
- Implement EF’s proprietary curriculum to maintain high academic standards and consistency.
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments, feedback, and performance reports.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and culturally enriching classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborate with academic staff to refine teaching materials and methodologies.
- Maintain accurate student attendance and academic records in compliance with EF protocols.
- Provide constructive guidance to students to boost confidence and language acquisition.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Chinese Language, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Mandarin as a Second Language (MSL).
- Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Strong command of English for effective communication with a multicultural student base.
- Exceptional classroom management skills and the ability to engage learners of all ages.
- Tech-savvy with experience using digital classroom tools and interactive whiteboards.
- Patient, adaptable, and highly collaborative professional demeanor.
