Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate and detailed survey drawings, including topographic, boundary, ALTA/ACSM land title surveys, and subdivision plats, based on field notes, sketches, and other data provided by surveyors.
- Utilize industry-standard CAD software, primarily AutoCAD and Civil 3D, to create, revise, and manage drawing files.
- Interpret and process raw survey data, including point clouds, total station data, and GPS information, to produce comprehensive maps and plans.
- Collaborate closely with surveyors, engineers, and project managers to ensure all drawings meet project specifications, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Perform quality control checks on all drafting work to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company and industry drafting standards.
- Research and integrate relevant municipal, state, and national regulations and codes into survey drawings.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation, ensuring proper version control and archiving of drawings.
- Provide technical support and assistance to project teams regarding drafting-related inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (e.g., 3+ years) as a Surveying CAD Draftsperson or similar role within a surveying or civil engineering firm.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Civil 3D is essential.
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles, practices, and terminology.
- Ability to accurately interpret and translate field survey notes, sketches, and data into professional CAD drawings.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with remote teams and project stakeholders.
- Relevant vocational diploma or bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, CAD Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Philippine surveying standards and regulations is a significant advantage.
