- Identify and prospect potential business partners, including resellers and consultants, within the Tangerang and Banten region.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand local business needs, competitor activities, and the ERP software landscape.
- Present Odoo's partnership benefits and unique value proposition to prospective clients to drive engagement.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts to ensure mutual growth and long-term success.
- Onboard new partners into the Odoo ecosystem, providing initial guidance and support to ensure a smooth integration.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline of potential partners and report on acquisition metrics to leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted partner acquisition strategies and campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or partnership development.
- Strong understanding of the ERP software industry and its impact on business operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse pipeline of prospective partners.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
