Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential partners.
- Identify new partnership opportunities that align with PT Alfa Prima Sejahtera's business objectives.
- Act as a primary point of contact for external collaborators to ensure seamless communication.
- Facilitate meetings, presentations, and partnership proposals to stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of various partnerships to ensure KPIs are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align partnership activities with marketing and communication campaigns.
- Draft and manage partnership agreements and contractual documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in partnership management, sales, or public relations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM tools for relationship tracking.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with partners across the region.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
