Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and merchants within the Easystore ecosystem.
- Design and execute comprehensive community engagement strategies to increase brand loyalty and user interaction.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to launch joint campaigns that drive mutual growth and visibility.
- Identify and secure new partnership opportunities that align with Easystore's strategic business goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for community inquiries, feedback, and support, ensuring high satisfaction rates.
- Organize virtual and physical events to strengthen community bonds and enhance brand presence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in partnerships, community management, or account management.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills with a proven ability to build trust and rapport.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools (e.g., Slack, Discord, CRM software).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
