Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, assess, and develop strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, technology companies, and community organizations
- Design and execute partnership frameworks that align with Woodlands Health's innovation objectives and growth targets
- Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle management from initial outreach to contract negotiation and relationship maintenance
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in healthcare partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, operations, marketing) to integrate partnership initiatives with organizational goals
- Develop and monitor KPIs to measure partnership performance, ROI, and strategic alignment
- Represent Woodlands Health at industry forums, conferences, and stakeholder engagements to build brand visibility
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's preferred
- 5+ years of experience in partnership development, business development, or healthcare relations
- Proven track record of negotiating and managing complex partnership agreements in healthcare or related industries
- Deep understanding of Singapore's healthcare landscape, regulations, and stakeholder ecosystem
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate business objectives into actionable partnership plans
- Proficiency in CRM systems and partnership management tools
- Experience developing and executing partnership budgets and resource allocation
