Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand Cartrack’s footprint within automotive dealerships.
- Identify, prospect, and close new high-value partnerships with key dealership groups and automotive retailers.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed individual and regional KPIs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at the executive and management levels.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the Indonesian automotive industry.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and post-sales support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically within the automotive, SaaS, or telematics industry.
- Strong track record of managing dealer networks and closing high-value contracts.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a focus on coaching and development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a 'hunter' sales mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region as required.
