Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect high-value corporate partners to expand Asialink's market share and service distribution.
- Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies, from initial outreach to contract finalization.
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing corporate accounts to ensure consistent growth and satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing and sales teams to align partnership activities with overall business goals.
- Represent Asialink at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare and present performance reports, market analysis, and revenue projections to the management team.
- Negotiate service level agreements and terms that protect the company's interests while fostering collaboration.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in partnership management, corporate sales, or business development.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine financial services or lending landscape.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, high-energy team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
