Are you an organized professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for the automotive industry? Autokid Truck Solutions, a leader in heavy-duty truck maintenance and parts distribution, is looking for a dedicated Parts Admin to join our growing team in Quezon City.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our parts department, ensuring that our inventory remains accurate and our supply chain operations run smoothly. You will serve as a vital link between our suppliers and our internal mechanical teams, ensuring that the right parts reach the right vehicles at the right time. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate inventory records through timely system updates and regular cycle counts.
- Process purchase orders and coordinate deliveries with local and international suppliers.
- Document all incoming and outgoing parts transactions to ensure zero inventory discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with internal mechanical teams to identify and fulfill urgent parts requests.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly parts usage reports for management review.
- Assist in the quality inspection of incoming shipments to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all parts documentation and warranty claims.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse administration, or parts procurement.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables are a plus).
- Strong numerical aptitude and high attention to detail for precise data entry.
- Excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal staff.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced automotive environment.
- Experience with ERP or Inventory Management Software is highly advantageous.
