- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for automotive parts and components
- Coordinate warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of parts
- Process sales transactions and manage customer inquiries for parts availability
- Implement safety protocols and compliance standards in warehouse operations
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders to prevent shortages
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely parts availability
- Uphold brand integrity through professional customer interactions
- Generate inventory reports and sales performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certification in related field
- 1-2 years experience in inventory management or parts administration
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and components preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures
