- Manage and optimize automotive parts inventory systems with precision
- Coordinate parts procurement and supplier relationships for timely deliveries
- Process service orders and maintain accurate transaction records
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Support service technicians with parts availability and technical documentation
- Generate inventory reports for cost control and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in inventory management
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic automotive parts knowledge preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduate preferred)
