As a Parts Assistant at PROTON, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our inventory systems and supporting our workshop operations. We are looking for a reliable and organized individual who can thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment. You will be responsible for sourcing, receiving, and issuing automotive parts, ensuring that our service department runs smoothly without any delays caused by stock shortages.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the automotive parts inventory system efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Issue parts to technicians and service advisors, ensuring correct parts are issued for specific jobs.
- Update inventory records and perform regular stock counts to reconcile discrepancies.
- Assist in locating hard-to-find parts through internal systems and supplier networks.
- Keep the parts storage area organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the service team to address urgent parts requests.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level qualification.
- Previous experience in parts inventory or automotive retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with inventory software.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
