Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the receiving, checking, and storing of automotive parts, accessories, and components to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock movements using the company’s inventory management system.
- Process customer orders and inquiries efficiently, ensuring timely retrieval and delivery of requested parts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering product-related questions and recommending suitable parts.
- Conduct regular stock counts and identify any discrepancies or obsolete items for disposal.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure stock availability aligns with customer demand.
- Keep the parts storage area organized, clean, and safe at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- SPM/SPMV or relevant vocational qualification in automotive, logistics, or supply chain management is preferred.
- Previous experience in a parts department, warehouse, or retail environment is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse customers and team members.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software or databases.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and handle moderate to heavy lifting when necessary.
- Valid Malaysian driving license (desirable but not mandatory).
