Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming spare parts for accuracy and quality
- Organize and store parts systematically in the warehouse for optimal accessibility
- Process parts issuance requests using inventory management systems
- Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records
- Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders to prevent shortages
- Ensure parts department cleanliness, safety compliance, and proper labeling
- Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies and part location issues
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with minimum 1-2 years relevant experience
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management principles
- Proficiency in inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Valid Malaysian driving license (Class D)
