Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming spare parts shipments for accuracy and damage
- Organize and maintain inventory systems with precise categorization and labeling
- Process customer orders and ensure timely distribution of automotive/motorcycle components
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate with suppliers for reordering based on stock levels and demand forecasts
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant parts storage areas
- Provide technical guidance to customers and internal teams on part specifications
- Implement inventory optimization strategies to reduce waste and improve turnover
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in automotive technology, logistics, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in parts management, warehouse operations, or inventory control
- Proficiency in inventory management software and basic MS Office applications
- Strong knowledge of automotive and motorcycle components and systems
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift heavy parts (up to 25kg) and work in physically demanding conditions
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and customers
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred
