Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support regarding automotive and truck parts inquiries.
- Assist customers in accurately identifying the correct parts based on vehicle models, specifications, and part numbers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Promote and sell additional products and services to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently to maintain client loyalty.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive parts, industry trends, and product innovations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in automotive or heavy truck parts sales is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and parts identification is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational diploma in automotive technology is a plus.
