We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Parts Supervisor to join our expanding team in Guiguinto, Bulacan.
Role Overview
As the Parts Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in the efficiency and profitability of our operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire parts department, ensuring seamless inventory management, processing orders accurately, and leading a team of parts specialists. Your leadership will directly impact our service levels, customer satisfaction, and bottom line. You will be the point person for coordinating between our service bays, sales floor, and supply chain, making sure the right parts are available at the right time.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the parts department, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and inventory control.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of parts specialists to achieve high performance and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce costs, and minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate closely with the service and sales departments to ensure the timely availability of required parts.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate competitive pricing and ensure quality standards.
- Prepare and analyze regular reports on inventory turnover, sales performance, and department profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues related to parts orders or services promptly and professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or College Degree in Business, Engineering, Automotive Technology, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in parts management, preferably within the automotive or heavy equipment industry.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
- Strong working knowledge of inventory management systems and automotive parts (truck/heavy-duty experience is a plus).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Guiguinto, Bulacan.
