Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and administrative staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
- Participate actively in professional development sessions, staff meetings, and school-wide extracurricular activities.
- Integrate modern educational technology tools into daily instruction to enhance student engagement.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and assessment data in compliance with school policies.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a relevant subject specialization.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in a primary, secondary, or international school setting.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire students and manage classroom dynamics effectively.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital teaching aids.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to maintaining professional relationships with parents and stakeholders.
- A valid teaching certification or professional license is highly preferred.
