Yayasan Alam Senyum Mentari (Sunsmile Kids Pluit) is seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team in Penjaringan, Jakarta. In this role, you will create a nurturing, stimulating, and safe learning environment for children aged 3â6, fostering their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
You will design and implement engaging, playâbased lesson plans that incorporate storytelling, games, art, music, and movement to inspire curiosity and a love of learning. Collaborating closely with fellow educators and parents, you will track each child's progress, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to a supportive school community that celebrates diversity and inclusion.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and deliver ageâappropriate, playâbased curriculum aligned with national early childhood standards.
- Prepare daily lesson plans, teaching materials, and handsâon activities that engage children in storytelling, games, art, music, and movement.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity, confidence, and socialâemotional growth.
- Assess and monitor each child's development, maintaining detailed records and providing regular progress reports to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to support holistic child development and address individual learning needs.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school events to continuously improve teaching practices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a preschool, kindergarten, or early childhood setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field (or equivalent teaching certification).
- Proven ability to design engaging, differentiated lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a warm, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Strong classroom management abilities, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both spoken and written) is highly advantageous.
- Passion for nurturing young children's curiosity, creativity, and lifelong love of learning.
