- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cookies, and cakes according to established recipes.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Monitor ingredient quality and freshness to ensure the highest product standards.
- Clean and sanitize workstations, baking equipment, and utensils daily.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and organizing stock.
- Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistency in taste and appearance.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a commercial bakery or professional kitchen setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredient science, and flavor profiles.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment under time pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to food presentation.
- Basic math skills for recipe scaling and portion control.
- Certification or diploma in Culinary Arts or Pastry Arts is a plus.
- Willingness to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
