Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare a wide variety of high-quality pastries, breads, cakes, and artisanal desserts.
- Develop innovative dessert menus and seasonal specials to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and tracked to minimize waste.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless dessert service during peak operating hours.
- Oversee the quality control of all baked goods and pastry items before they reach the customers.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on pastry techniques and presentation standards.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or in a similar culinary role.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry arts, and dessert preparation.
- Ability to operate industrial baking equipment with high precision.
