- Maintain consistent quality and presentation of all baked items.
- Manage inventory levels of ingredients and notify management of restocking needs.
- Ensure the kitchen workspace is kept clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Develop new and innovative recipes to expand our premium product offerings.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely production and output.
- Operate professional baking equipment efficiently and safely.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in a commercial bakery or hotel pastry kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry ingredients, and dessert preparation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Passion for artisanal baking and culinary arts.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow complex recipes.
- Good physical stamina to handle manual tasks throughout a shift.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
