Are you a creative culinary artist with a passion for baking? PT Summer Family Desserts, a thriving Cafe & Eatery located in the heart of Gading Serpong, is looking for a talented and dedicated Patissier / Pastry Chef to join our kitchen team.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods that keep our customers coming back for more. We are looking for an individual who brings both technical precision and creative flair to the kitchen. You will work in a fast-paced environment where quality, consistency, and presentation are the top priorities.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Create and execute a diverse menu of high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the pastry station.
  • Manage inventory, order ingredients, and monitor raw material stock levels to minimize waste.
  • Supervise daily production schedules to ensure all products are ready for service on time.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen manager to develop seasonal menu items and innovative dessert concepts.
  • Ensure consistent product quality and aesthetic presentation for every item produced.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff or assistants on pastry techniques and cafe protocols.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Pastry Chef or Patissier.
  • Strong knowledge of baking science, pastry techniques, and dessert decoration.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant environment.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and refine dessert recipes.
  • Strong discipline regarding food safety standards and HACCP compliance.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Certification from a culinary school or vocational institution is a plus.
  • Flexible availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
