Are you a detail-oriented Pattern Maker with a passion for babywear? LITTLE PALMERHAUS is currently seeking an experienced and creative Pattern Maker (Staff Pola) to join our growing team in Karawaci. We are a brand dedicated to providing high-quality, comfortable, and stylish products for babies and children.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our product development process, transforming initial design concepts into precise, production-ready patterns. You will bridge the gap between creative design and manufacturing, ensuring every piece meets our rigorous quality and fit standards. The ideal candidate has an eye for precision, a deep understanding of garment construction, and a track record of streamlining the development from sample proto to final production.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop accurate master patterns based on design sketches and tech packs.
- Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to sample protos to ensure perfect fit and style integrity.
- Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to ensure smooth transition from prototype to mass production.
- Create size grading for the entire babywear collection, ensuring consistency across all age ranges.
- Maintain a comprehensive library of patterns and digital files for easy retrieval and revisions.
- Optimize pattern layouts to ensure material efficiency and minimize waste during production.
- Perform quality control checks on production samples to ensure they match approved standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Pattern Maker in the garment industry.
- Proven track record in babywear or children's apparel production is highly preferred.
- Strong technical expertise in manual and/or digital pattern-making software (e.g., Gerber, Lectra, or Optitex).
- Deep understanding of garment construction, fabric shrinkage, and industrial sewing techniques.
- Ability to interpret tech packs and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot fit issues efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple development cycles simultaneously.
