Your primary focus will be on the end-to-end management of payment operations, including monitoring transaction statuses, resolving payment disputes, and optimizing gateway configurations. You will act as the primary point of contact for technical queries related to financial transactions, working closely with internal teams and external banks. We value candidates who can proactively identify bottlenecks in payment flows and implement effective solutions to enhance user experience and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain relationships with third-party payment service providers and banks to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Monitor real-time transaction data to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve payment failures or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the finance and IT teams to integrate new payment channels and optimize existing workflows.
- Ensure strict adherence to banking security standards and compliance regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS).
- Prepare and analyze monthly payment reports to forecast revenue and identify trends.
- Handle customer escalations regarding payment issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Conduct regular audits of payment logs to ensure data accuracy and security.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Finance, Banking, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payment operations, banking, or fintech industries.
- Strong understanding of payment gateways, banking APIs, and transaction processing systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL) to interpret transaction data.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of local banking regulations in Malaysia is highly desirable.
