Are you an experienced payroll professional looking to take the next step in your career with one of Indonesia's leading retail and distribution giants? Erajaya Group is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Payroll Supervisor to oversee and manage our end-to-end payroll operations in Jakarta Raya.
As a Payroll Supervisor, you will ensure accurate and timely compensation processing for our diverse workforce, adhering strictly to Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations (specifically PPh 21). You will lead a dedicated team, implement risk management protocols for payroll processes, and generate high-level financial reports for executive decision-making. This role demands a high level of integrity, advanced MS Excel capabilities, and excellent problem-solving skills to navigate complex compensation structures and drive operational excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end monthly payroll cycle for all employees, ensuring absolute accuracy and timeliness.
- Calculate, verify, and process employee income tax (PPh 21) in strict compliance with current Indonesian tax regulations.
- Manage employee social security programs, including BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan calculations, registration, and reporting.
- Develop, maintain, and update payroll models and analytical reports using advanced MS Excel formulas.
- Identify and mitigate payroll-related risks through rigorous internal audits, risk management, and process improvements.
- Supervise, mentor, and guide the payroll administration team to maintain high performance and accuracy standards.
- Collaborate closely with HR and Finance departments to reconcile payroll discrepancies and support budgeting processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing, ideally within a supervisory or senior-level role in a large-scale organization.
- In-depth understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and local tax regulations, particularly PPh 21.
- Expert-level proficiency in MS Office, with mandatory mastery of advanced MS Excel (complex formulas, Pivot Tables, and analytical reporting).
- Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented mindset, and robust risk-management capabilities.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing and developing a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
