Times College is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pegawai Penilai (PP) to join our academic team in Sungai Petani, Kedah. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our training programs meet the highest national standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end assessment lifecycle, ensuring that all candidates receive high-quality instruction and objective evaluation. You will work closely with trainers to align our curriculum with the National Occupational Skills Standards (NOSS) and maintain rigorous records of candidate evidence. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute assessment activities in accordance with NOSS requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate candidate performance throughout the training period to ensure competency mastery.
- Maintain comprehensive records of candidate evidence and assessment documentation for audit readiness.
- Collaborate with lead trainers to co-design and refine Written Instructional Material (WIM).
- Ensure all assessment processes comply with JPK (Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran) standards.
- Provide constructive feedback to candidates to support their professional development and learning outcomes.
- Conduct regular reviews of training materials to ensure they remain current and relevant to industry needs.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid VTO (Vocational Training Officer) or PP-PPT certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in a relevant technical or vocational field.
- Proven experience as a Pegawai Penilai or in a similar vocational assessment role.
- In-depth knowledge of NOSS standards and the Malaysian TVET landscape.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail in documentation and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of guiding students effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.
