Tanggung Jawab
- Partner closely with business units to manage talent pipelines and ensure high-quality recruitment practices.
- Proactively identify risks and execution gaps in HR processes to drive continuous improvement.
- Assist in the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for new joiners.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with local labor regulations in Indonesia.
- Coordinate recruitment events, interviews, and assessment centers.
- Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team and handle HR inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or administration.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and employment practices in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience working in a multinational or financial services environment is a distinct advantage.
