As a PDC, you will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful coaching sessions, mentoring programs, and development workshops. You will work closely with diverse individuals to identify their unique strengths, bridge skill gaps, and provide the strategic guidance necessary for career advancement. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and facilitate comprehensive coaching and development programs aimed at professional integration.
- Provide one-on-one and group mentoring to assist individuals in achieving socio-economic milestones.
- Evaluate existing skill sets and create personalized professional development roadmaps.
- Conduct regular progress assessments and provide actionable feedback to program participants.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine coaching methodologies based on market trends and participant needs.
- Track and report on development metrics to ensure program success and effectiveness.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the mission of JM International Inc to stakeholders and participants.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in coaching, training, counseling, or professional development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Proficiency in program management and public speaking.
- High level of emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity, particularly regarding the OFW sector.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple coaching tracks simultaneously.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with digital learning or tracking platforms.
