Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in developing and implementing internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement
- Create compelling content for various internal channels including newsletters, intranet, and announcements
- Support the planning and execution of internal events and initiatives
- Monitor and analyze internal communications to ensure effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to gather information and create relevant communications
- Maintain and update the company intranet with latest news, policies, and resources
- Assist in measuring the impact of internal communications through surveys and feedback mechanisms
- Support crisis communication preparedness and execution when necessary
Kualifikasi
- Pursuing a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital communication tools
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proactive mindset with a passion for creating engaging content
- Previous internship or project experience in communications is a plus
