Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct rapid initial assessments and triage of patients arriving in the Emergency Department to prioritize care based on medical severity.
- Implement and monitor comprehensive nursing care plans in strict accordance with hospital protocols and medical standards.
- Administer medications and treatments promptly and accurately, ensuring strict compliance with safety guidelines.
- Perform life-saving procedures and emergency interventions, including Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Maintain accurate, timely, and up-to-date medical records and documentation for all patients treated.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient recovery.
- Provide clear communication and emotional support to patients and their families during critical care moments.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid Indonesian Nurse Professional License (SIP) and current Basic Emergency Nursing Certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working specifically in an Emergency Room (IGD) setting.
- Strong clinical skills in critical care, resuscitation, and patient stabilization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
