Are you a data-driven growth hacker with a passion for scaling paid acquisition? We are looking for a high-impact Performance Marketer to join our team in the Central Region. In this role, you will be the architect of our paid media strategy, responsible for building and scaling the engine that drives high-quality leads into our ecosystem.
You won't just be managing budgets; you will be analyzing complex funnels, A/B testing creative assets, and optimizing bidding strategies to achieve industry-leading ROAS. We are looking for a strategist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a sharp eye for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and audience segmentation.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, execute, and scale multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Manage and optimize monthly advertising budgets to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.
- Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create high-converting ad assets.
- Implement advanced tracking pixels and conversion APIs to ensure accurate attribution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive advantage.
Kualifikasi
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media roles.
- Deep expertise in managing Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and data visualization tools.
- Proven track record of managing significant monthly ad spends with a focus on lead generation.
- Excellent understanding of conversion funnels, landing page optimization, and consumer psychology.
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is highly preferred.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
