Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and TikTok Ads to achieve specific business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and compelling ad copy/creative development to ensure highly targeted and engaging campaigns.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR).
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to identify best practices and improve overall campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed performance reports, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Collaborate closely with the content and design teams to develop compelling ad creatives and optimize landing page experiences for conversion.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital marketing, advertising platforms, and competitor activities.
- Manage allocated budgets efficiently to ensure optimal ad spend and maximum return.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven 2-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising, with a strong track record of managing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies and optimizations.
- Proficiency in using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform-specific reporting dashboards.
- Excellent understanding of key performance marketing metrics (e.g., CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate) and their impact on business goals.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights clearly to various stakeholders.
- Proactive, results-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
