  • Manage paid advertising budgets and maximize ROI through continuous testing and refinement

  • Develop A/B testing frameworks to improve conversion funnels and user acquisition efficiency

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising roles
  • Proven expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising platforms
  • Advanced proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel)
