This is far more than a standard digital marketing role. You will be the strategic owner of the entire performance marketing funnel, from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel conversion optimization. Your expertise will directly fuel the company's growth trajectory. You will have the autonomy to experiment, analyze, and scale winning campaigns across multiple high-impact channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Analyze campaign data and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, and conversion rates to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creative, copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve campaign effectiveness and lower acquisition costs.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad visuals and copy that resonate with the target audience and drive action.
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI while meeting monthly lead volume and revenue targets.
  • Perform market research, competitor analysis, and audience profiling to identify new growth opportunities and market trends.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations to the management team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven working experience in a performance marketing or digital advertising role, preferably with a focus on lead generation and revenue targets.
  • Demonstrable track record of managing successful paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and at least one other major platform (LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Strong proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4) and campaign management platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
