We're seeking a data-driven professional to design, execute, and optimize digital campaigns that drive measurable growth and ROI. You'll leverage cutting-edge analytics tools to track KPIs, A/B test creative assets, and refine targeting strategies across PPC, social media, and email channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business objectives while staying ahead of digital marketing trends. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns (PPC, social, email)
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush) and provide data-driven insights
- Manage digital advertising budgets across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Develop A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
- Generate comprehensive campaign reports with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with design/content teams to align campaign assets
- Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion tracking
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in performance/digital marketing
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp)
- Proven ability to meet/exceed KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in deadline-driven environments
