Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to achieve user acquisition targets
- Optimize campaign performance through continuous A/B testing and data analysis
- Monitor and improve FTD/FTR metrics using attribution modeling and conversion tracking
- Manage marketing budgets with a focus on cost efficiency and ROI maximization
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to align campaign assets with user journey
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities
- Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in performance marketing with proven user acquisition expertise
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and similar tools
- Experience optimizing FTD/FTR metrics in digital campaigns
- Deep understanding of digital advertising channels (PPC, social, programmatic)
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Fluency in English with strong written communication skills
