  • Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to achieve user acquisition targets

  • Monitor and improve FTD/FTR metrics using attribution modeling and conversion tracking
  • Manage marketing budgets with a focus on cost efficiency and ROI maximization

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years in performance marketing with proven user acquisition expertise
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and similar tools
  • Experience optimizing FTD/FTR metrics in digital campaigns
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising channels (PPC, social, programmatic)
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Fluency in English with strong written communication skills
