- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on student acquisition for various partner centers.
- Analyze campaign performance data across multiple digital channels (e.g., SEM, Social Media, Display) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Optimize marketing funnels, landing pages, and ad creatives to enhance conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.
- Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI for all campaigns.
- Collaborate with individual center managers and partner groups to understand local market dynamics and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
- Identify underperforming centers and develop targeted intervention strategies to improve their student acquisition metrics.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, digital advertising, and the education sector.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of proven experience in a Performance Marketing role, preferably within the education, e-learning, or services sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns across major digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems.
- Excellent understanding of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer journey mapping.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
