Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and marketplace platforms
  • Optimize ROAS through continuous campaign monitoring, budget reallocation, and performance analysis
  • Develop and execute A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, audience segments, and landing pages
  • Collaborate with design teams to produce high-converting ad assets aligned with brand guidelines
  • Generate comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Stay current with platform algorithm updates and emerging digital advertising trends
  • Coordinate with sales teams to align campaign objectives with customer acquisition goals

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years hands-on experience managing Meta, Google, and TikTok ad campaigns
  • Proven track record of optimizing ROAS and achieving KPIs in performance marketing
  • Proficiency in advertising platforms (Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager) and analytics tools
  • Strong data analysis skills with ability to interpret complex campaign metrics
  • Experience with marketplace advertising (Tokopedia, Shopee, etc.) preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders
