- Develop and implement performance marketing training programs tailored to agency needs
- Conduct workshops on PPC, SEO, social media advertising, and conversion optimization
- Mentor junior marketers through personalized coaching sessions and performance feedback
- Create engaging learning materials including case studies, simulations, and practical exercises
- Track training effectiveness and continuously refine curriculum based on industry trends
- Collaborate with agency teams to align training with client campaign objectives
- Stay updated on digital marketing platforms, algorithms, and best practices
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience in a digital marketing agency
- Proven track record in developing and delivering training programs
- Expertise in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar preferred
- Experience managing or mentoring marketing teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
