Tanggung Jawab
- Co-host and drive the energy of live variety shows alongside the main host and production team.
- Engage with live audiences and online viewers, fostering an interactive and entertaining atmosphere.
- Conduct on-the-spot interviews with guests, celebrities, and event participants.
- Collaborate with the production team to brainstorm and develop compelling show segments.
- Handle ad-libs, transitions, and unexpected moments with professionalism and quick wit.
- Participate in promotional activities, pre-recorded content, and social media takeovers to build the show's brand.
- Contribute creative ideas for content strategy to keep the variety show fresh and engaging.
- Assist in rehearsing scripts and coordinating with technical crews for seamless broadcast execution.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a host, co-host, presenter, or performer in live shows, events, or digital content.
- Exceptional verbal communication and public speaking skills in English (Bilingual in Mandarin is a strong advantage).
- High energy, charismatic personality with the ability to engage and captivate diverse audiences.
- Quick thinking and strong improvisational skills to handle live, unscripted moments.
- Comfortable working in front of the camera and interacting with people in a high-pressure live environment.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with producers, directors, and crew.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the show schedule.
- Passion for media, entertainment, and pop culture trends in Singapore and the region.
